Our Claims Defensibility Service aims to assist companies by identifying areas of potential exposure to claims within your business. We can then recommend solutions to limit any civil liability exposure identified which will allow you to put your business in the best position possible to be able to successfully defend any insurance and accident claims that are made. The process focuses on a company’s civil liability arrangements and looks at the systems and procedures in place for safety management, written policies and procedures with particular attention to reporting and accident investigation, as well as reviewing settled claims to identify trends and areas which could be improved upon. The aim of the review is to assess your company’s ability to successfully defend employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims and assist in the development of enhanced procedures to mount and sustain a successful defence.
